Avocado Baked Eggs

Introduction
Preheat oven to 160˚C/325˚F.
Scoop out a hole in each avocado half
(enough to hold an egg).
Shape four pieces of foil into rings and
place on a baking tray. Place an avocado
half (flat side up) on each ring so that the
top lies flat.
Crack an egg yolk into each avocado hole
plus some of the white (just enough to fill
the hole). Season with salt and pepper and
sprinkle on the paprika.
Cook for around 20 minutes until the yolk
is cooked to your liking.
